Crystalline Gala

It is that time of year again!

The beginning of the year we Ice members have the event that we love so much dedicated to us! We have some gorgeous new products we can get with our event tokens, and I am so excited to check them all out!

The Icicle Chains are an interesting new addition to the world of apparel for Flightrising, and to the left is a preview of what it looks like on one of my dragons, Berwyn. It is a nice piece for a dragon in your lore that can be viewed as a fighter, a soldier, a hunter, etc to give them that vibe of danger. The rust of the chains and the icicles hanging off really give it that meaning of belonging to an ice flight, something I can see a lot of members owning.

The Spirit of Ice is such an interesting familiar, a bit of humour added to those who can look deeper into the meaning of things when looking at the bottle lid as the head. This familiar I can admit will definitely be one of my favourites, being original in both appearance and name. I would not be a surprise if it was also a definite favourite for many ice members.

There are also many new skins and accents, so I will list a few of my favourites. These skins/accents make me want to expand my collection in dragons, as I do not any starter dragons or newer ones such as the Bogsneak.

One of my favourites is the accent Frigid Fluffle, and I am an absolute sucker for names for groups, and a group of rabbits are called 'fluffles', melting my heart to liquid. The brains behind the design is the amazing artist Lokenosse.

Frozen Odf is an accent with one of the most gorgeous, unique designs of artwork I have ever seen, credits to Spassow for being so creative. I may just go buy a Fae to show this accent off if I can ever have the luck to obtain it.

Just to finish this post off with a great finale, my absolute favourite skin of this years Crystalline Gala event is the Skin King of Sylvan Frost, created by Piney. My gosh, have you ever seen something with such originality? Thankfully, I already own three male imperials, so this one will definitely make it amongst my dragons. Maybe just this once I will fight in the Boreal Wood and Crystal Pools, desperately wanting to get my hands on this skin.

I cannot wait to see what the wonderful users of the Flightrising community design for next months festivities!
