hey there! i feel like i start every review off with an "i love your username" but how do people come up with so many unique ones ?? i'm just named after a band yay go me for being creative. anywho, the first line of your clan profile summed me up. i was about to say fair play for being an exalting lair because i always ended up keeping mine but seeing you are the exact same just made me happy lool. i'm not an anomaly!

i understand it's not an 'official' lore but the short snappy description of the role of your dragons is the perfect summary for anyone that is skimming. i'm excited to see your lair! i notice you have a few tabs, so i'll most likely pick one from each one. i write in 'present tense' going from me viewing the dragon from top to bottom so i make guesses of what i think their personality is :') enjoy the read!

Okapi

ok straight away in your first tab okapi caught my eye. my first dragon was a female tundra so this is beautiful to look at :') her being a G1 makes her that much special. her colours are, i am assuming, the ones she was born with and her gene that has been scryed to her is very interesting! i'll be interested to see the plans you have with her. as for her dress up, it's lovely! steampunk goggles always amuse me, i don't know why. the whole steam punk theme makes me think that she is some type of mechanic or something, the glow in the flameforger crucible only reinforces that thought! the trick of the light familiar also really complements her; she is a cloud of smoke just like the smoe engulfing okapi. moving onward, the scry you have decided for her is definitely interesting! i'm honestly not a fan of those genes (my pastel hatchery is full of glimmer and butterfly) but i do think that it suits her and what her personality appears to be. i guess, in some sense, that i was right in what i thought her role was? mechanic is barely barely barely similar to a creator but close enough right. it being a close enough guess just shows how well you characterised her appearance! bravo <3

Pyre

moving on to the next tab, pyre honestly made me laugh for the simple fact he's a mirror. i don't know why, but mirrors and ridgebacks i despise. why are they just so aggressive. it honestly looks like kirby with a knife. his natural colours are actually appealing, and the ghost gene is never despised. the skin is actually gorgeous, i took a hiatus so i've missed all the event apparel so far for 2020 but it's nice to see it portrayed on someone elses dragon! as an icey, i am looooving the ice theme you got going on with him. the arctic pants, jhee, i've never seen a dragon pull it off so well. he'd have stolen my heart instantly. the wing bangles make him look like a right punk-rocker. 13 year old me would have loved him. his familiar is such a contrast but it's nice, adds colour to the profile! damn, which three idiot children cursed him? no wonder his face is so sour, poor guy.

Volnyo

ahh so i wanted a quick venture over to your den second tab like you mentioned and i do not regret it. why i do not have a singular snapper in my lair i will never know but this old gal has tempted me to buy one. her natural colours are also very pretty, although i am not the largest fan of smoke. it is cute though, makes her look friendly! her apparel gives me total swamp vibes, why am i feeling like i'm looking at something that belongs in the goonies? that's such a good film btw. anyway, the reedcleft resonance adds such a nice, simple, delicate touch to her that it isn't overwhelming. how the kelp mane is just all over her and she has a little frog companion just makes her seem like she would be easy to get along with all the other dragons, definitely a well-loved dragon. the frog is actually so hard to spot lol but omg it is so cute! why have i never seen it placed on a dragon before. i adore the swamp theme you got going on with her; the familiar tops it all off look how sweet that is. oh my god tea leaf divination is the coolest job i could never have guessed that; and her growing her own plant-based ingredients definitely explains the nature look of her. she's absolutely adorable and i'm so glad i picked her to review!

Jabber

i am sorry i have had to flip his image around to fit the a e s t h e t i c of it facing the text i know it looks disgustingly uncomfortable thank god they made the male breed facing the way they dead. anyways, a pearl catcher. now, i looove pearlcatchers, but i only tend to have female ones i do not know why please do not ask. and being a pastel person myself, these colours, whoo. whoo. i've never seen such a vibrant beauty. the accent placed on him is also magnificent - why have i never seen it before?? must've been that darn diddly hiatus. i'm glad seeing that specific accent for the first time was on your dragon. he definitely looks like he takes pride in some fashion. the vest paired with the breastplate honestly makes him look untouchable; like not one bad thing could get in his way. it overall makes him look so approachable and friendly and ugh he is just so cute. maybe i'm biased? (maybe it's maybelline?) but he's just. so. perfect. scrolling down, i do personally prefer the 'cheaper' option of apparel that you have on him! it really suits him and the colours work so well together (i feel like the other grey gloves would clash? personal opinion). ahh, a jeweller! how wonderful; so he does know his fashion. a 12/10 dragon, my favourite.

lore or no lore, you have done such a swell job with your dragons and the brief descriptions of what their roles are / will be is good enough for me. i think you are onto a really good idea. overall jabber is definitely my favourite everything about him is just wonderful. but, i didn't get to explore all your other dragons so it is a bit unfair if i said he is my favourite favourite. i am in love with everything about your lair :')
